利用規約 | 護送ボート / Terms of Use

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、つるはし社が提供する「脱獄させるな！護送ボート：川渡りパズル」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. 本アプリについて

本アプリは、警官と囚人を舟で向こう岸へ渡すエンターテインメント目的のパズルゲームです。登場する人物・団体はすべて架空のものであり、実在の人物・団体とは関係ありません。

ゲームの記録は端末の中にだけ保存されます。端末の初期化、アプリの削除、機種変更などにより記録が失われた場合でも、提供者は復旧の責任を負いません。

4. アプリ内課金

「広告を消す」は買い切りの商品です。決済・返金は App Store の定めに従います。機種変更などの際は、アプリの設定画面の「購入を復元」をご利用ください。

5. 免責事項

本アプリは現状有姿で提供され、その完全性・正確性・特定目的への適合性について、いかなる保証も行いません。本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、提供者は法令上許容される範囲で責任を負わないものとします。

6. 知的財産権

本アプリに関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、提供者または正当な権利者に帰属します。本アプリで使用しているフォントのライセンスは、アプリの設定画面の「ライセンス」に掲載しています。

7. 規約の変更

提供者は、必要と判断した場合、本規約を変更できるものとします。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

8. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合、提供者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using "Prison Ferry: No Escape!" (the "App") provided by Tsuruhashi-sha. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the App

The App is a puzzle game for entertainment in which you ferry officers and prisoners across a river. All characters and organizations are fictional and unrelated to any real person or organization.

2. Prohibited conduct

Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering the App (except as permitted by law)
Copying, modifying, or redistributing all or part of the App without permission
Interfering with the normal operation of the App
Any conduct that violates laws or public order

3. Game data

Game data is stored only on your device. We are not responsible for restoring data lost through device reset, app deletion, device changes, or similar events.

4. In-app purchases

"Remove Ads" is a one-time purchase. Payments and refunds follow the App Store's terms. When changing devices, use "Restore purchases" in the App's Settings.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided as is, without any warranty of completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the App.

6. Intellectual property

All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the App belong to us or their rightful owners. Font licenses are listed under "Licenses" in the App's Settings.

7. Changes

We may change these Terms when necessary. Changes take effect when posted on this page.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The court having jurisdiction over the provider's location shall be the exclusive court of first instance for any disputes regarding the App.
