「脱獄させるな！護送ボート：川渡りパズル」（以下「本アプリ」）は、つるはし社（個人による運営）が提供するパズルゲームです。本ポリシーは、本アプリの利用にあたって取り扱う情報について説明するものです。
本アプリの提供者は、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報などの個人を特定できる情報を収集しません。ユーザー登録・ログインの機能や、利用状況の計測（アクセス解析）もありません。
本アプリには広告があり、その配信に Google の AdMob を利用しています。広告を表示するため、Google（AdMob）が次の情報を取得します：IPアドレス（おおよその地域の推定に使われます）、端末の識別子（アプリごとの識別子など）、表示された広告とその操作（タップ・動画の視聴など）、アプリの動作の情報（起動時間・クラッシュなど）。これらは Google が取得・管理するもので、提供者は個人を特定できる形で受け取ったり保存したりしません。
本アプリは、他社のアプリやサイトをまたいだ追跡の許可（App Tracking Transparency）を求めません。そのため、広告識別子（IDFA）は Google に渡りません。Google による広告のパーソナライズは、Google のマイ アド センターで管理できます。Google は自社のプライバシーポリシーに基づき、本ポリシーと同等以上の保護を行います。提供者はこれらのデータを保存しないため、提供者の側に削除の対象はありません。Google が取得したデータの確認・削除は、マイ アド センターと Google のポリシーのページから行えます。取り扱いについては Google のポリシーをご確認ください。
星・自己ベスト・タイム・記録・実績・設定などのゲームの進み具合は、お使いの端末の中にだけ保存されます。提供者を含む第三者のサーバーには送信しません。アプリを削除すると、これらは元に戻せません。
面をクリアして「次の面へ」に進むとき、全画面広告が表示されることがあります（3面に1回程度。最初の舞台では表示しません）。広告の内容は全年齢向けに限る設定にしています。ヒントは、動画広告を最後まで見ると1回使えます。「広告を消す」（買い切り）をご購入いただくと、全画面広告は表示されなくなり、ヒントも動画なしで使えます（広告の読み込みそのものを行いません）。App Store で返金された場合は、広告が再び表示されます。
決済は App Store が行います。クレジットカード番号などの支払い情報が本アプリや提供者に渡ることはありません。
「今日の1問のお知らせ」は、設定でオンにした場合にだけ、端末の中で予約して表示します。通知のために情報をサーバーへ送ることはありません。最初はオフです。
本アプリは子ども向け（13歳未満向け）に作ったものではありません。提供者は個人情報を収集しません。広告の内容は全年齢向けに限る設定にしていますが、広告配信のため上記の情報が Google に取得されます。
本ポリシーは、法令の変更や機能の追加に伴い改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの最終更新日を更新してお知らせします。

"Prison Ferry: No Escape!" (the "App") is a puzzle game provided by Tsuruhashi-sha, an individually run developer. This policy explains what information is handled when you use the App.
We do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or location. The App has no account registration, sign-in, or usage analytics.
The App shows ads served by Google AdMob. To show ads, Google (AdMob) collects: your IP address (used to estimate your general location), device identifiers (such as an app-specific identifier), the ads shown and how you interact with them (taps, video views), and app performance data (such as launch time and crashes). This data is collected and managed by Google; we do not receive or store it in a form that identifies you.
The App does not ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites (App Tracking Transparency), so your advertising identifier (IDFA) is not shared with Google. You can manage ad personalization by Google at My Ad Center. Google protects this data under its own privacy policy, with protection at least equal to this policy. We do not store this data, so there is nothing for us to delete; you can review or delete data collected by Google through My Ad Center and Google's policy pages. See Google's policy for details.
Your game progress (stars, best records, times, stats, achievements, and settings) is stored only on your device and is never sent to any server, including ours. Deleting the App deletes this data permanently.
A full-screen ad may appear when you tap "Next level" after clearing a level (about once every three levels, never in the first world). Ads are limited to content suitable for all ages. Watching a video ad to the end gives you one hint. Purchasing "Remove Ads" (one-time) removes full-screen ads and lets you use hints without videos (the App stops loading ads). If the purchase is refunded through the App Store, ads will be shown again.
Payments are processed by the App Store. Your payment details are never shared with the App or with us.
The daily puzzle reminder is scheduled on your device only if you turn it on in Settings. It is off by default, and no data is sent to any server for it.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not collect personal information. Ads are limited to content suitable for all ages, but the information described above is collected by Google to serve ads.
We may update this policy due to legal changes or new features. For significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
